BetBoom Team announced the changes to its Dota 2 line-up on social media. Danil «gpk» Skutin has go inactive until the New Year. However, the player has stated that he has no intention of ending his career.
In addition to gpk, coach Anatoly «boolk» Ivanov will also be taking a break for several months. It has not yet been announced who will replace them. There are rumours within the community that Vitaly «Save» Melnik may switch roles and become BB Team’s new midlane player.
BetBoom Team made a name for themselves in the 2025/2026 season by finishing 4th at The International 2026. The squad’s main achievement was finishing 2nd at the Esports World Cup 2026, where BB Team lost 1–3 to PARIVISION.
