The Astralis CS2 roster undergoes two targeted changes: siuhy takes over as the new IGL, replacing HooXi, while cmtry steps in for jabbi in a new role. The renewed lineup will make its debut at Stake Pulse Beat III.
Nikita "cmtry" Samoletov was the primary AWPer for FUT Esports, but in Astralis, he is changing his role to become a rifler.
Kamil "siuhy" Szkaradek had been a free agent since October 2. Astralis have put their trust in the Polish captain's leadership skills and signed him to a contract. During his time with Team Liquid, siuhy struggled to fully reach his potential, largely due to difficulties on the T-side. Consequently, close attention will be paid to this aspect in Astralis' upcoming matches. Overall, the player's results have been on the decline following his stint with MOUZ.
The new roster will play its opening match against Sashi on October 14 at 13:00 EEST at Stake Pulse Beat III. Astralis are placed in Group C alongside HOTU, Fnatic, and Sashi Esport.
